Overview

Compensation: Starting at $19 hourly

Location: Kansas City, KS

Shift: M-F 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate designated production equipment efficiently, including start-up, changeover, shut down, and preventative maintenance.
• Handle manual tasks such as loading, reworking products, and loading conveyors.
• Ensure quality assurance and testing compliance with company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the plant and production areas (5S).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Production experience, preferably in food and beverage.
• Focus on safety and quality, with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work efficiently alone or in a team.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds safely.
• Forklift experience required.
• Flexible with hours, including weekends.
• Ability to visually inspect materials and detect odors.
• Must wear PPE (safety shoes, hair nets, goggles, ear plugs).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment around moving machinery and in outdoor conditions.
