You will operate and monitor production equipment, move materials between departments, and help maintain safe, efficient workflows. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related manufacturing or production experience.
• Basic technical and mechanical skills; troubleshooting skills are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Physical ability to stand for long shifts, walk in a warehouse, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Punctuality and flexibility to work overtime or different shifts as needed.

• Shift Options: Alternating 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM), providing flexibility and work-life balance

• Operate and monitor various production equipment to ensure seamless manufacturing processes
• Transport, load, and manage materials across different departments, from Materials Management to Module Manufacturing
