This position is contract-to-hire with the potential to convert to a full-time role within 13 weeks.

This role offers the opportunity to start in packing and, with strong performance and attendance, advance into forklift operation, machine operating (dryers, blenders, extrusion), and more!

Job Responsibilities

• Start in the packaging department to support product preparation and packing processes.

• Train and assist across multiple departments including forklift operation, blenders, dryers, and extrusion machinery.

• Support machine operators by loading materials and monitoring equipment.

• Assist with general plant maintenance, sanitation, and cleanliness (no dedicated janitorial team on-site).

• Maintain clean and organized workspaces while adhering to safety standards.

• Work closely with team members and shift leaders to ensure smooth production flow.

• Follow instructions and contribute to team success across multiple functions.

Job Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment.

• Previous forklift experience is a major plus.

• Experience operating machinery such as extruders, blenders, or similar is highly valued.

• Strong attendance and reliability – team members must be dependable.

• Willingness to help wherever needed and maintain a team-player attitude.

• Comfortable working contract-to-hire for 13 weeks with potential for full-time conversion.

• Ability to work the 2nd shift (6PM–6AM) on a 3-2-2-3 rotating schedule.
