Job summary

TalentBridge is seeking a reliable Production Operator in Indianapolis, IN to support refurbishing temperature-controlled packaging used for transporting medications. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in production, assembly, packaging, warehousing, material handling, or quality inspection is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using scanners or handheld devices.
• Ability to perform repetitive, hands-on tasks while maintaining accuracy.

• Identify and separate damaged or nonconforming materials.
• Maintain accurate records and support an organized, clean work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Learn new tasks and assist with other production activities as needed.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join a growing team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, packaging, assembly, material handling, or quality inspection who are looking for a stable, full-time position with benefits.

The team specializes in refurbishing temperature-controlled packaging used to transport medications. Returned packaging is inspected, cleaned or reconditioned as needed, and prepared for reuse while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

This is hands‑on production and packaging work, not heavy manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Occasional standing, walking, reaching, bending, and crouching.

• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 10 pounds.

Schedule & Benefits

• First shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM.

• Pay: $17.50-$20.50 per hour, based on experience.
