Manna Beverages in Indianapolis is seeking a Production Operator to operate and monitor production equipment, ensure product quality, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations. The Production Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, ensuring products meet quality standards, and supporting safe, efficient manufacturing operations. Typical duties include setting up and running machinery, performing visual quality inspections, recording production data, troubleshooting minor equipment issues, maintaining adequate materials, and following all safety and housekeeping requirements. Production Operators often work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and may be required to stand for extended periods, work rotating shifts, and collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
While performing the essential duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, climb up and down stairs, reach with hands and arms, grasp, pick up, lift, stand, walk, twist, and perform repetitive motions. The employee is frequently required to balance, stoop, kneel, squat, and crawl. The employee must regularly push, pull, lift 10 pounds, frequently push, pull, lift 30 pounds, and occasionally push, pull, lift up to 50 pounds. The employee is required to have visual acuity to perform an activity such as operate production machines where the seeing job is at or within arm’s reach.
