Job summary

TalentBridge is seeking a reliable Production Operator in Indianapolis, IN to support refurbishing temperature-controlled packaging used for transporting medications. This hands-on role focuses on packaging and refurbishment tasks rather than heavy manufacturing, offering a stable full-time opportunity with benefits.

Responsibilities include inspecting returned packaging for quality, assembling components, using scanners, and following SOPs to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in production, assembly, packaging, warehousing, material handling, or quality inspection is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using scanners or handheld devices.
• Ability to perform repetitive, hands-on tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Inspect returned packaging and components for damage, defects, and quality issues.
• Remove, replace, or add components as needed to prepare packaging for reuse.
• Perform basic assembly, packaging, and refurbishment tasks according to established work instructions.
• Use scanners, basic tools, and equipment to complete daily assignments.
• Follow standard operating procedures, quality requirements, and safety guidelines.
• Identify and separate damaged or nonconforming materials.
• Maintain accurate records and support an organized, clean work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Learn new tasks and assist with other production activities as needed.
