Staffmark Group in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a Production Associate. You will load materials, inspect quality, and help meet daily production goals on multiple shifts. Shifts include 1st and 2nd, with hours 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, and 2:00 PM-10:30 PM.

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay Rate: $18.10 - $19.35 per hour

1st Shift - Shipping/Picking

• Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

1st Shift - Kitting/Receiving/Returns

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

2nd Shift - Pick/Auditing/Pack/Ship

• Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
• Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
• Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.
• *Must read and speak SOLID English*

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
