Holland Colours is looking for a second shift Production Operator for our location in Richmond, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Picking up and checking raw materials based on production orders;
• Creating production batches in vats according to orders, ensuring quality and quantity;
• Setting up and operating machinery across production departments;
• Providing samples to Quality Control and making adjustments as advised;
• Packing finished products;
• Completing production orders and handling reject samples;
• Cleaning machinery, materials, and work areas;
• Working independently and with colleagues;
• Learning and growing within our production teams to become an all-around production employee.
