Job Responsibilities

• General production duties including loading/unloading parts, assembly, and other assigned tasks.
• Follow work instructions and control plans.
• Operate machines and perform changeovers.
• Conduct quality checks and input data into the Quality system, including GMaPS data entry when required.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace (5S).
• Perform other departmental duties as directed by supervision.
• Understand PPE requirements, lockout procedures, and E-stops.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to keep processes running smoothly.
• Handle all types of glass safely.

Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Other Requirements: Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 3-2-2-3 schedule plus overtime, lift 45-50 lbs regularly, work in extreme heat and humidity, and stand for extended periods. Basic computer knowledge required.
