Total Rewards

Pay range: $18.08 - $22.60 per hour. The package includes base pay, variable incentive programs, 401K, medical, dental, vision, life & disability and well‑being resources. Union benefits are governed by the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Role Overview

The Production Operator supports manufacturing operations by ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient movement, processing, and packaging of materials throughout the production process. The position contributes to operational performance by supporting blending activities, maintaining production records, and ensuring product quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport, stage and handle raw materials to support uninterrupted production while minimizing waste and product loss.
  • Weigh, measure and add raw materials into production processes in accordance with established specifications and quality standards.
  • Monitor material flow and coordinate with production and warehouse teams to maintain operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Complete production documentation, including material usage, lot tracking, scrap reporting, and packaging records.
  • Operate forklifts and material‑handling equipment safely while maintaining a clean, organized and compliant work environment.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with strong math skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, work orders and standard operating procedures.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong self‑motivation and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a manufacturing setting.
