  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to support production, warehouse, and shipping activities.
  • Maintain accurate production records, report equipment or process concerns, and support housekeeping and continuous improvement.

$15.07 - $18.84. Vibrantz is committed to maintaining pay transparency in accordance with applicable laws and best practices. Compensation for this position will be determined based on a combination of factors, including education, professional certifications, relevant experience, and other job-related considerations permitted by law.

Role Overview

The Production Operator supports manufacturing operations by ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient movement, processing, and packaging of materials throughout the production process. This role contributes to operational performance through material handling, blending support, production documentation, and adherence to quality standards. The position plays an important role in maintaining efficient production workflows while supporting product quality, safety, and operational excellence. Success in this role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport, stage, and handle raw materials to support uninterrupted production and blending operations.
