Qualifications

Here’s what your typical day might look like:* Gown up with the required PPE (personal protective equipment) and safety shoes.* Start your shift by checking in with your team and reviewing the day’s goals.* Depending on whether you work in Molding, Assembly, Packaging or Warehouse, you will set up and operate the relevant machines and equipment that mold, assemble and package our insulin syringes.* Regularly throughout your shift, you will inspect the products and perform in-process checks to ensure products meet our high quality standards and regulatory requirements.* Completing inspection and quality documentation is the norm in a highly regulated medical devices facility and will be a critical part of your role* At times, you will move raw material supplies and finished products to the necessary locations in the facility.* You will continually monitor the equipment for output and issues and help problem-solve efficiently and quickly should something go wrong.* You will work as part of a highly engaged team to keep everything running smoothly and safely, with safety being your highest priority.Paperwork MattersIn this role, accurate paperwork is essential.
