Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and plant lockout procedures.
• Operate shelf carton erector and clear minor jams.
• Quality control: discard defective packages, check counts and lot control numbers; ensure correct packaging.
• Insert brochures as required; handle syringes without damage.
• Paletize finished product and attach pallet cards.
• Operate semi-auto tape machine; perform minor duties as needed.
• Keep work area clean and perform final shift cleanup.
• Maintain regular attendance.

B shift - 6:20p-6:30aEssential functions include but are not limited to:* Follow all company safety rules, regulations and job safety analysis.* Must know lockout procedures as described in the corporate safety standard 13, plant lockout procedure and key interrupt.* Fill and operate shelf carton erector and clear minor jams.* Responsible for quality of product including but not limited to:* discarding obviously defective packages, removing and saving contents* checking packaging for correct count* checking for damage to syringes* checking for correct lot control numbers* inserting brochures as required* palletizing finished product and attaching proper pallet card* operating semi-auto tape machine* performing minor duties not requiring mechanic attention* Good hand-eye coordination and repetitive hand, wrist and arm movements.* Keep work area clean.
