Pay: $18.29 hourly

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm, Overtime as needed

Location: Hannibal, MO

As a Production Operator, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need it. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Primary Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, including machining, processing, assembly, or packaging equipment.
• Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
• Maintain equipment in good and safe working condition.
• Inspect equipment for malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Perform regular maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality.
• Assist junior operators in their responsibilities.
• Repair and clean equipment as needed.
• Evaluate equipment performance and suggest improvements.
• Operate trucks and industrial vehicles to transfer equipment between warehouse and work area.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
