Kelly Services in Halls, TN is hiring a Production Operator I to operate and monitor production lines in a safety‑focused environment. The role offers $18.00 per hour and a 6am-6pm shift, with potential overtime and opportunities to grow.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in production or general labor in manufacturing, must be able to stand and lift, and will wear all required PPE while supporting a team.

• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift.
• Commit to working the 2nd Shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production or packaging line machinery in a safe, efficient manner.
• Perform general labor duties including loading/unloading materials and maintaining a clean work area.
• Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE (steel/composite toes, hard hat, safety glasses, vest).
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure production goals are met.
• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to the proper personnel.

What’s a typical day as Production Operator I? You’ll be:

• Operating and monitoring production or packaging line machinery in a safe, efficient manner.
• Performing general labor duties including loading/unloading materials and maintaining a clean work area.
• Following all safety policies and procedures and wearing required PPE (steel/composite toes, hard hat, safety glasses, vest).
• Communicating with supervisors and team members to ensure production goals are met.
• Reporting any equipment issues or safety concerns to the proper personnel.
