Join to apply for the Production Operator role at Shiloh Industries.

$18.76/Hour plus an additional $1.50/Hour shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

1. Operate work station to assemble components according to manufacturing systems, processes, and build specifications.
2. Perform repetitive tasks of loading and unloading parts and assemblies into process modules.
3. Maintain efficiency standards and ensure consistency with process sheets to meet production targets.
4. Ensure quality through visual and gauged inspections, verifying proper assembly as per work instructions.
5. Keep non-conforming materials in designated areas and follow established procedures.
6. Maintain a clean work environment following preventative maintenance schedules and safety guidelines.
7. Perform all functions safely, report safety concerns immediately, and operate stations only after full training.
8. Support activities assigned by the supervisor.

Bonus: Up to 5% of gross earnings based on plant performance in Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalency.

Physical Demands
