Position: Production Operator

Location: Goshen, IN

Remote Status: On-Site

Compensation: $18.76/Hour plus an additional $1.50/Hour shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shift

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Operate work station to assemble components according to manufacturing systems, processes, and build specifications.
  2. Perform repetitive operations of loading and unloading component parts and assemblies into process modules.
  3. Maintain established efficiency standards and ensure consistency with process sheets to meet production output.
  4. Conduct visual and gauged inspections to ensure quality and proper assembly as per work instructions; work is subject to process and final inspection.
  5. Manage non-conforming materials according to established procedures.
  6. Keep work areas clean and equipment maintained daily, adhering to preventative maintenance schedules and safety standards.
  7. Follow all safety guidelines, report safety concerns immediately, and operate work stations only after full training.
  8. Support activities assigned by the supervisor.

Bonus: Up to 5% of gross earnings based on plant performance in Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalency.

Physical Demands

Regular walking, hand use, reaching, talking, hearing, standing, lifting/moving up to 5 lbs., and extended periods on feet. Vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Accommodations available for disabilities.
