We operate on a 12-Hour Rotating Shift structure. This schedule is designed to give you predictable routines and extended 4-day blocks of time off! The Hours Day Shift: 5:45 AM – 6:00 PM Grave Shift: 5:45 PM – 6:00 AM
Your schedule will follow a repeating 4-days-on, 4-days-off pattern, swapping between days and nights every 3 weeks: Weeks 1 to 3 (Grave Shift): Work 4 nights | 4 days off Weeks 4 to 6 (Day Shift): Work 4 days | 4 days off
The 4-on/4-off cycle built into this schedule ensures you get 4 consecutive days off after every single work stretch to rest and recharge!
