GAF Materials Corp. is currently seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Fontana, California. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience and be self-motivated with strong communication skills.

Work safely and efficiently while being careful to follow all safety requirements as determined by management.
Install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot industrial machinery and mechanical equipment in a manufacturing setting. Work independently to analyze and recommend repair procedures for equipment failures and demonstrate mechanical insight when recommending options.
Troubleshoot equipment failures or breakdowns on all equipment. Understand how to start up and shut down production equipment. Identify equipment parts as needed. Reknif all types of plant product cutting cylinders efficiently.
Complete work orders as assigned by Supervisor. Recommend corrective action to solve mechanical issues on the production lines. Always maintain an orderly, clean and safe working area. Requisition machine parts pulled from maintenance storerooms. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Base Hourly Rate: $40.41. Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, relevant candidate experience and skill, education, and/or qualifications.
