Job Summary

The Machine Technician is responsible for producing high-quality products through accuracy, timeliness and efficiency of all manufacturing processes. This position is in the commercial facility making TPO products and works a rotating schedule across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.

Essential Duties

• Assure all activities are performed safely.
• Produce high-quality products consistently.
• Generate timely, consistent production reports.
• Communicate positively with co‑workers and leaders.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or safety‑sensitive role.
• General knowledge, skills and abilities: respond to requests professionally and timely; intermediate communication and interpersonal skills; strong planning, prioritization, organizational, and reporting skills; independent problem‑solving skills.
• Technical knowledge: troubleshoot and solve production challenges; intermediate proficiency in Google Suite; familiarity with standard manufacturing concepts, practices, and procedures; mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, ratio, percent, and measurement interpretation).
