Job summary

Kymera International is hiring production operators for our Detroit facility. Positions include torch, shear, chip crusher, ferrotitanium crusher, powders, water treatment, briquetter and material handler, and you may be asked to work any of these as openings arise.

The full-time role requires 40 hours per week with overtime and weekend work as needed. Daily duties include operating forklifts and skid steers, working around heavy equipment, wearing PPE, standing for long periods, and lifting up

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and be at least 18 years old.
• No prior experience required, forklift experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• No relocation is provided for this position.

Responsibilities

• Meet hourly requirements and work different shifts, including weekends as needed.
• Operate forklifts and skid steers and work around heavy equipment.
• Wear safety equipment (hard hat, safety glasses, sleeves, earplugs, steel-toed shoes) and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Stand or walk for long periods and work in hot/cold environments, outdoors.

We are looking to hire production operators.

We have a wide range of production positions at our facility including but not limited to torch operator, shear operator, chip crusher operator, ferrotitanium crusher operator, powders operator, water treatment operator, briquetter operator, and material handler. If selected, you must be willing to accept any of these positions as they become available with or without reasonable accommodation.

This is a full-time 40 hours per week position and may require overtime and working weekends based upon manufacturing production needs. Health care and other benefits are associated with this position.
