Position Overview

This position is responsible for the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring the shift meets safety, quality, and production goals in compliance with all legal and food safety requirements.

Essential Functions

• Manage daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring safety, quality, and throughput standards are met.
• Complete quality and production reports accurately and hourly. Conduct visual inspections and report defects.
• Follow safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all production areas.
• Manage raw materials to minimize downtime.
• Work in all assigned areas, troubleshoot minor issues, and perform relief duties.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Work 12-hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating schedule as required.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years in manufacturing or similar environment
• Experience managing people or projects
