Pay: $19.00–$23.00/hour based on experience
Shift: 1st Shift

Hire Sync is hiring Production Operators for Hardwood Rubber Products in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing. No extensive experience is required — the company is willing to train the right person — but candidates with rubber extrusion, manual lathe grinding, or other hands‑on manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.
