**GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:** The Production Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely. There are three levels (I, II, & III), determined by experience and ability to troubleshoot independently. The role involves operating production equipment, including industrial blenders, according to the schedule.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and procedures.
• Operate and maintain assigned machines following standard work procedures.
• Meet or exceed production output rates.
• Ensure product quality and meet specifications.
• Perform routine inspections and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Inspect equipment and materials for problems or defects.
• Read work orders and formulas to meet production standards.
• Weigh, measure, and add raw materials as required.
• Transfer materials between work areas and discharge blenders when needed.
• Ensure equipment is set up, cleaned, and operating properly.
• Complete cleaning logs and notify quality control.
• Record operational data and report malfunctions.
• Conduct ongoing quality and operational assessments.
