Staffmark is hiring a Production Operator for a manufacturing facility in Cincinnati, OH. This role focuses on operating guillotine and die cutting equipment to produce high-quality paper and plastic products with precision and efficiency.

Pay: $18.00/hour

Schedule: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Operate guillotine and die cutting machinery


• Perform routine equipment maintenance as needed


• Load/unload materials (up to 50 lbs)


• Record time, materials, and quality control data


• Ensure jobs are completed and moved to the next production stage


• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Experience operating guillotine and die cutting equipment preferred


• High school diploma or GED required


• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)


• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English


• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working overtime as needed


• Experience in carpentry, printing, or machine operation is a plus
