At the Wilmington facility, we manufacture roofing systems for the residential market and distribute roofing products to industrial and commercial markets for our sister plants. Provided is the pay rate for this position which is $30.03per hour, plus sixty-five ($0.65) cents an hour in addition to the job rate shall be paid to employees working on the swing shift beginning from noon to 6:00 p.m. and eighty-five ($0.85) cents an hour shall be paid to employees on the graveyard shift beginning between 8:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to TARGET BONUS%of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.

Additional Pay Incentives for This Role Include: (Edit as needed for role)

• Shift Differentials (i.e. sixty-five ($0.65) cents an hour in addition to the job rate shall be paid to employees working on the swing shift beginning from noon to 6:00 p.m. and eighty-five ($0.85) cents an hour shall be paid to employees on the graveyard shift beginning between 8:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m.)
• Standard Overtime (Hourly Rate * 1.5)
