Atterro is hiring for a Production Operator in Blue Ash, OH. You will run machines, assemble parts, and pack goods that ship around the world. This hands-on role offers fair pay and room to grow within a supportive team.

Requirements include prior industrial machine operation experience, ability to read drawings and SOPs, and a strong commitment to quality. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods on a 10-hour shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate Plexiglas screens by cutting, sanding, and buffing materials to specifications.
• Assemble frame screens and extrusion components according to drawings, SOPs, and customer requirements.
• Cut, assemble, and disassemble extrusion materials with precision.
• Monitor tolerances and ensure proper fit and alignment of mirrors, screens, and other components.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
• Conduct testing procedures to validate finished products.
• Accurately record production data and complete required documentation. Mix chemicals, apply coatings, and operate saws and other production equipment.
• Build shipping crates and assist with other manufacturing operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation following 7S standards.
• Follow all company safety policies and report hazards or quality concerns.
• Perform additional production duties as assigned.

• AM Shift | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Monday – Thursday
