A-Line Staffing is now hiring Production Operators in Belvidere, NJ.

Position Overview: The role is with a global leader in nutrition and health product manufacturing, offering potential for contract-to-hire. This is a full-time, hands-on production position.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $23.00 per hour
• Benefits available after 90 days for full-time employees

Job Highlights

• Contract assignment estimated to last 3 months, with potential extension or permanent placement
• Schedule:
  1. First 4 weeks: 12-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  2. Subsequent weeks: rotating 12-hour day/night shifts on a DuPont schedule
• Location: Onsite at Belvidere, NJ facility

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment for storage, blending, milling, spray drying, and packaging
• Handle raw/in-process materials and finished products per GMP, ISO, and FDA standards
• Load/unload trucks, deliver batch ingredients, maintain accurate records
• Follow safety protocols, use PPE, report unsafe conditions, and participate in emergency procedures
• Participate in inventories, document activities, and maintain organized work areas
• Support production of feed and vitamin products for Animal and Human Health across units X81 and X87

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Hands-on manufacturing or production experience
• Knowledge of GMP
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for 12 hours, and work day/night shifts
• Self-motivated, safety-conscious, reliable attendance

Preferred Skills

• Experience with spray drying or vitamin/pharma manufacturing
• Forklift certification or experience
• Understanding of SHE protocols
• Experience in ISO 9001 / 14001 and FDA environments
