Job summary

Kaiser Aluminum Bellwood is seeking Production Operators to support extrusion and drawn tube manufacturing. You will operate equipment, monitor product quality, and help maintain safe, efficient production while following established work instructions.

Starting pay is $23.00 per hour with shift differentials and a potential rise to $26.02 after 90 days. A monthly incentive bonus up to 25%, a 401(k) match, affordable medical, dental and vision coverage after 90 days, plus paid holidays and growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating industrial equipment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work any shift, including overtime and weekends.
• Physically capable of working in an industrial environment, including exposure to heat.

What You’ll Do
