Job summary

Henkel's Adhesive Technologies division is hiring a production operator to safely run machines and support daily manufacturing tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will follow instructions, monitor quality, and keep accurate records to help analyze performance and drive improvement.

We value experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and basic computer/data-entry skills.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or GED.
  • Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or food industry.
  • Experience operating machines and handling chemicals.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills; production systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions.
  • Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
  • Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products.
  • Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.

The hourly pay range for this role is $28.48. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
