Job description

Join to apply for the Production Operator role at Niagara Bottling.

This position is responsible for the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met in compliance with legal and food safety standards.

Essential Functions
  1. Oversee daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and throughput standards.
  2. Complete quality and production reports hourly; perform inspections to prevent non-conforming goods; report defects.
  3. Follow safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
  4. Maintain GMP and Food Safety Standards at all times.
  5. Keep the production area and related spaces clean and organized.
  6. Manage raw material levels to minimize downtime.
  7. Work across all production areas, troubleshoot minor issues, and perform relief duties as needed.
  8. Maintain regular attendance.
  9. Work 12-hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating schedule based on production needs.
Qualifications

Minimum: High School Diploma or GED; no prior experience required.

Preferred: 2 years in manufacturing or similar environment, with experience managing people or projects.

Compensation & Benefits
