This position is responsible for the precise application of decal designs to various surfaces and the accurate assembly of parts in accordance with production and quality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and the ability to follow standardized procedures to ensure defect-free products.

• Accurately position decals using visual alignment or templates.
• Smooth decals to remove air bubbles and wrinkles.
• Assemble parts in specified configurations with a high degree of precision and care.
• Perform quality inspections on decals and assembled parts to detect visual and functional defects.
• Pack and unpack parts to support production flow and fulfill customer orders accurately.
• Prioritize tasks and operate with limited supervision while maintaining productivity.
• Accountable for quality and productivity goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, performing routine housekeeping as needed.
• Perform any additional tasks or duties as assigned by the Team Lead or Manager.
  
  
  

Education, Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and customer expectations.
• Able to work effectively with others.
• Be experienced in production environment in meeting schedules and rates.
• Understanding of packaging and assembly technology

• Must work as part of a work team.
• Requires standing, walking and/or moving about for time periods in excess of one (1) hour.
• Requires some sort of repetitive turning and/or lifting motions to be performed
• Work overtime as needed
• Work with pressure of meeting schedules, personnel issues, changing priorities.
• Work with all levels of employees.
