Responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring compliance with Oxerra and local site EHS and Business Conduct Policies, Guidelines, and Rules.
2. Following operating discipline principles, procedures, and practices for safe and efficient plant operation.
3. Operating and field checking process equipment.
4. Monitoring process conditions, equipment, and control systems.
5. Performing assigned operational tasks, such as field checks, equipment preparation, and sampling.
6. Using troubleshooting skills to resolve process deviations and problems.
7. Participating in root cause investigations as needed.
8. Performing crisis response activities.
9. Applying process knowledge to improve plant performance and discipline.
10. Utilizing measurements and tools to optimize plant conditions.
11. Performing troubleshooting, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance on process equipment.
12. Managing complex plant computer control systems.
13. Accurately recording process data, including raw materials and finished goods inventories.

Minimum requirements include:

1. A High School diploma or GED; technical associate degree preferred.
2. At least 2 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
3. Ability to work effectively in a team and ensure safety standards.
4. Technical skills for operating manual and automated equipment.
5. Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
6. Capability to perform minor preventive maintenance and diagnostics.
7. Willingness to learn new automation and technology skills.
8. Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
9. Possession of a current forklift license and safe driving skills.
10. Strong work ethic, safety focus, and housekeeping awareness.
