Job summary

Boysen USA is seeking a production associate to perform all tasks involved in the production of Boysen USA parts. Follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to keep production efficient and safe.

Role involves adhering to policies, housekeeping, health and safety, attendance, and delivering 100% first time quality. Weekend and rotating shifts are required; lifts up to 35 pounds and 8+ hours on feet may be needed. Benefits include 401k with 5% match, PTO, and 13 paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience a plus.
• High School Diploma required.

• Adhere to policies, daily work place organization & housekeeping; health and safety commitment; personal cleanliness & appearance; attendance & punctuality plus 100% first time quality commitment.
• Performs work as assigned by department supervisor.
• Complies with working instructions.
• Addresses problem situations quickly and notifies supervisor or management immediately.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP:

This position reports directly to the responsible Team Leader and works directly with the staff in the Production department. This position has a communication relationship with all department managers and other employees in the BAL Operations department

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

• Must be able to be on feet for 8 hours or more.
