A leading company in the landscaping industry seeks a Production Operative to join their team at the St Ives site. This role involves manufacturing high-quality concrete products with a focus on safety and efficiency. Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire
Salary: Starting at £32,739 increasing over time + Benefits
Shifts: 12 hours Days/Nights rotating with only 1 Saturday morning every 3 weeks AND 4 consecutive days off every 2 out of 3 weeks (further details in the advert below)

Our site at St. Ives follows this shift pattern:
Shifts run from 6AM - 6PM / 6PM - 6AM or 6AM - 12PM on a Saturday half-day shift.
You will work as part of a team to manufacture high-quality concrete products using the best technology and techniques, prioritizing health and safety. Your work involves operating press machinery, hand tools, shot blast machinery, and mobile plant like forklifts to move stock.
You’ll learn about manufacturing techniques, safety, quality, waste, and OEE, gaining experience and developing skills over time.
Good communication skills are essential for providing accurate handover information and liaising with maintenance and management teams. No prior industry experience is required; we will teach you everything about manufacturing. All we ask is a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
