Job summary

Mploy Staffing Solutons is seeking Packing Operatives for an ongoing role in Dorchester. You will pack products, perform quality checks and maintain a clean, safe workspace while meeting daily targets. The role offers weekday hours with weekly pay and potential temp-to-perm opportunities.

Standard hours are 7:00am–3:00pm, with various shifts possible for special projects. Immediate starts may be available; on-site parking and public transport access are provided.

• Basic maths skills required.

• Experience in manufacturing/packing/production desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Selecting and packing products accurately.
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure standards.
• Keeping the work area clean, tidy and safe.
• Following instructions and procedures correctly.
• Working as part of a team to support smooth production.
• Helping to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
• Maintaining a good pace in a busy production environment.

Packing Operatives Wanted – Dorchester

We are currently recruiting Packing Operatives for a well-established local client based in Dorchester. Ongoing work is available from summer until early winter, with potential temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidates.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable individuals looking for stable weekday hours, weekly pay, and the chance to secure a longer-term role.

What’s on offer:

• £13.00 per hour

Please note other shift may be introduced for a special project

Those may include:

• 06:00 – 14:00
• 10:00 – 18:00
• 12:00 – 20:00
• 14:00 – 22:00
• 6:00 – 18:00 (Monday to Thursday)
