Job summary

Constellation West is seeking a Production Operations O&M Engineer to provide production support for enterprise API Gateway environments, including monitoring, troubleshooting, incident response, and operational continuity. This is a full-time role with hybrid/remote work in the US.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in production operations, monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Splunk, OpenTelemetry), and a focus on reliability, backup and recovery, and performance tuning.
