Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Production Operations Analyst II for a top financial services technology client in Zionsville, IN. This hybrid role supports production applications and cloud environments, focusing on incident triage and communication with engineering teams.

You will act as a Tier 1.5 operations resource, drive incident bridges during outages, and ensure SLA adherence while coordinating with platform, network, and business partner teams.

Qualifications

• Cloud platform experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Production Operations, Application Support, NOC, SRE-support, or Site Reliability background.
• Ability to independently drive incidents and make decisions under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet strict SLAs, including 15-minute triage/escalation requirements.
• Ability to pivot and adapt quickly during active incidents.
• Local to Zionsville, IN and willing to work onsite/hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support production applications and cloud environments
• Serve as a Tier 1.5 Production Operations resource between Service Desk and Engineering
• Triage incidents and determine appropriate escalation paths
• Drive incident bridges and coordinate communication during outages
• Communicate status updates to technical teams, business partners, leadership, and executives
• Manage incident and problem management processes
• Support AWS, Azure, and GCP environments
• Reduce operational toil for SRE/NRE and engineering teams
• Work within SLA-driven support models
• Collaborate with Platform, Network, Engineering, and Business Partner support teams
• Document incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures in Jira and Confluence
• Participate in periodic on-call rotation coverage

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

MUST HAVE:

Insight Global is seeking a Production Operations Analyst II for a top financial services and insurance technology client. This individual will serve as a critical member of a growing Production Operations organization that is evolving beyond a traditional NOC model into a highly visible operations function supporting enterprise cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting production applications, driving incident management activities, and working within AWS-centric cloud environments while partnering closely with engineering teams. This person will be responsible for incident triage, problem management, outage communications, and ensuring production stability across business-critical systems. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role regularly interacts with leadership and executive stakeholders during active incidents.
