Responsibilities

• Plan production operations for locations and set priorities and sequences for products.
• Prepare operational schedules and coordinate activities to meet specs and customer promises.
• Participate in process improvements, upgrades, and projects.
• Coordinate with Maintenance/Engineering to maximize equipment availability and minimize downtime.
• Develop and coordinate priority reviews to minimize cost and maximize service.
• Handle employee relations, scheduling, discipline, and other HR matters.
• Work with Safety and Quality teams to ensure conformance and training.
• Assist in budgeting with Manufacturing leadership for cost-effective processes.
• Participate in short-term planning meetings addressing productivity and results.
• Explore technology to improve processes and product quality.
