Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan production operations for locations and establish priorities.
• Monitor schedules to meet customer promises and production targets.
• Prepare operational schedules and coordinate department activities.
• Participate in process improvements and projects.
• Coordinate maintenance with other departments to maximize uptime.
• Work with distribution owners to optimize priorities and costs.
• Manage employee relations, scheduling, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with safety and quality teams to ensure standards.
• Assist in budgeting and cost-control for the unit.
• Participate in short-term planning and technology initiatives.
