Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 15+ years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 10+ years of management experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the executive team to develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversees plant operations, production planning, and process improvement across multiple locations.
• Ensures manufacturing operations meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Leads initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance product quality and consistency.
• Drives standardization of processes, KPIs, and operational excellence across sites.
• Partners with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to align resources and optimize production capabilities.
• Develops long-term capacity planning strategies to meet growth and innovation needs.
• Oversees investment in new technologies, automation, and infrastructure to modernize operations.
• Builds and leads a high-performing team of plant leaders and manufacturing professionals.
• Establishes a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
