Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years up to 4 years in manufacturing.
• Experience in manufacturing and production environments.
• Ability to read charts, blueprints, and production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules.
• Ensure safety standards and oversee plant safety programs.
• Monitor costs, waste, and quality; drive improvements.
• Plan work schedules and assign tasks to production staff.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and teamwork.
• Provide training and performance reviews for production staff.
