Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a production leader to manage a team of three production supervisors, one warehouse supervisor, and 40 hourly associates in Indiana. The role emphasizes safety, employee relations and engagement, with a focus on consistent performance across all teams.

You will mentor, coach and train team members, develop flexible, multi-skilled staff, and collaborate with Plant Steering Team to set short- and long-term strategies, including project leadership and staffing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years leadership experience, or HS diploma with 7+ years leadership.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Proven ability to diagnose operational inefficiencies and lead projects.
