Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
• Minimum five years of experience in an FDA-regulated medical/pharmaceutical environment or equivalent.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage production supervisors, operators, mechanics, and material handlers to meet customer quality, quantity, and ship dates.
• Establish production schedules and ensure documentation is approved and available.
• Staff the area, manage inventories, resources, and costs to control productivity and delivery.
• Ensure packaging conforms to customer and company specifications and standards.
• Lead production teams to resolve production problems and drive improvements.
