Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Experience with LEAN manufacturing principles and process improvement.
• Experience supervising employees in manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations, scheduling, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Coordinate daily production schedules, staffing, and workflow for up to 75 hourly employees.
• Foster a culture of safety and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Monitor production performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Coach, develop, and support employees through training and performance feedback.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of hourly production employees and performance management.
