Job summary

Avant Search in Denver is seeking an experienced Production Operations Manager to lead daily manufacturing activities, meet schedules, KPIs, and quality standards, and ensure on-time delivery to customers. You will coach and develop staff, coordinate workflow, equipment, and priorities, resolve production issues, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and policy compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years manufacturing experience, 1+ year in management, familiarity with Lean

Qualifications

• 5+ years manufacturing experience with at least 1 year in a management role.
• Experience in contract manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of IPC/interconnect standards and manufacturing equipment.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet schedules, KPIs, quality standards, and customer deadlines.
• Manage, train, coach, and evaluate production employees.
• Coordinate workflow, staffing, equipment, and production priorities.
• Resolve production issues and collaborate with other departments.
• Support expedited orders and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety requirements.
