Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory role within production or operations.
• Ability to lead large, diverse teams.
• Proven ability to drive performance against goals and metrics.
• Experience fostering an inclusive and high-performing work environment.
• Experience coaching and developing direct reports.
• Experience ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Working knowledge of GMP.
• Ability to cover first, second, or third shift schedules in a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Develop business unit strategy and ensure projects are resourced to improve safety, quality, service and cost.
• Implement staffing plans with HR, including hiring processes.
• Develop direct reports through training, performance management and evaluations.
• Monitor daily operations and direct staff to achieve departmental goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and explain processes.
• Interpret and implement company policies.
• Ensure FDA, BSI, EEO regulatory compliance.
• Develop and manage work schedules based on priorities and resources.
• Maintain personnel records (schedules, time off, leave).
• Perform individual contributor duties as needed.
• Ensure resources for Quality System compliance and policy adherence.
• Promote a quality-focused, inclusive workplace.
• Manage budgets and oversee activities as required.
• Monitor ongoing regulatory compliance.
