Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory role within production/operations.
• Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop business unit strategy to improve safety, quality, service and cost.
• Plan staffing needs and coordinate hiring with HR.
• Develop direct reports through coaching and performance management.
• Monitor daily operations to achieve departmental goals across shifts.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on processes.
• Interpret and implement applicable policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and manage work schedules and allocate resources.
• Maintain personnel records including time off and shifts.
• Perform individual contributor duties as needed.
• Ensure Quality System compliance with company policies and GMP.
