Job summary

AAON, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations on the Memphis production floor. You will coordinate activities, analyze schedules, and ensure timely manufacturing of goods.

Responsibilities include directing production, maintaining records, and preparing shift reports while driving improvements in quality and efficiency. A HS diploma and 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing are preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing/operations experience preferred.
• Leadership training or supervisor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct production activities to ensure efficient manufacturing.
• Analyze production documents to plan schedules and requirements.
• Coordinate operations across departments with other supervisors.
• Maintain records of operations data, including time, production, and costs.
• Prepare shift performance reports for supervisors.
• Implement measures to improve methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Order materials, supplies, equipment parts, or repairs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
