Job summary

IWCO is seeking a Production Support Coordinator to assist the production team with documentation, materials management, and cross-team communication. The role reports to the Operations Supervisor and ensures smooth workflow across production processes.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, at least one year of industry experience (lettershop experience preferred), lean/quality control training is a plus, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of industry experience; lettershop ops preferred.
• Lean manufacturing and/or quality control training a plus.
• Safety training participation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track incoming production jobs.
• Assemble job packages with tray tags and placards.
• Review production docs for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain/update spreadsheets and reports for visibility.
• Collaborate with Account Execs, Content Development and Client Services.
• Archive completed production documents for future reference.
• Remove outdated documents from the production floor.
• Order materials to align with upcoming schedules.
• Partner with Team Leads to ensure efficient workflow.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication.
• Show organizational and time-management strengths.
• Collaborate across departments and with vendors.
